Fees & Payments
Our services are funded through your NDIS plan:
- We charge according to NDIS Price Guide rates

- We claim payments directly from the NDIS portal
- You will receive regular statements of services provided
Note: No out-of-pocket expenses will be charged for core supports funded through your NDIS plan.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:
- 24 hours notice required for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur charges as per NDIS guidelines
- Emergency situations are exempt from cancellation fees
- Repeated cancellations may require service review
