Fees & Payments

Our services are funded through your NDIS plan:

  • We charge according to NDIS Price Guide rates

  • We claim payments directly from the NDIS portal
  • You will receive regular statements of services provided

Note: No out-of-pocket expenses will be charged for core supports funded through your NDIS plan.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur charges as per NDIS guidelines
  • Emergency situations are exempt from cancellation fees
  • Repeated cancellations may require service review

Participant Rights

You have the right to:

Service Termination
