Ankit has worked as a support worker within the disability sector for over three years, giving him firsthand experience supporting people with different needs, goals and circumstances.
As a Director of Comforting Companions, Ankit's focus is on providing high quality, person centred support that helps people living with disability build greater independence, confidence and participation within their community.
He believes support should be tailored to each individual, with the right support worker match playing an important part in helping participants feel comfortable, respected and supported.
